Who I Am?
I’m Bridget, founder of Better Yourself and The Women’s Coach. I specialise in helping women move, eat, and live in ways that support their bodies through every stage of life — from pregnancy and postpartum recovery to building strength in perimenopause and every stage in between.
My approach combines science-based training, personalised nutrition, and holistic wellness strategies. With a focus on muscle, bone, and metabolic health, I help women not just “get fit,” but build resilience, confidence, and longevity.

Required prior to all in-person personal training sessions and highly recommended before starting any exercise or nutrition plan. During this consultation, we'll discuss your current health, lifestyle, and goals, establish a clear plan moving forward, and collect baseline measurements using our comprehensive body composition scanner, including body fat percentage, muscle mass, metabolic rate, bone mass, and more - $80
